APPLICATION PROCEDURES

       Q.  What are the application details?
        A.  Applications must be received at the address below by March 2, 2010.

       •   application forms/further program details may be requested from John Watts, Program Director

       •    we regret that regulations do not permit application by FAX

       •    a $125. non-refundable deposit is required with each application

      •    candidates must confirm acceptance by March 16, 2010

NOTE:  John Watts will follow up with you shortly after the mailing of this brochure to further discuss your interest in the program. 
               At that time, an application form will be sent, if applicable.
